The typical shelf for event organisers
Seven apps that event organisers and venues usually start with: CRM, Kampagnen, Eventmanager, Ticketshop, Inhalte, Personal and Finanzen. The shelf is a suggestion, not a package. You book each app individually and might start with just Eventmanager and Ticketshop, for example. If an app is added later, it works straight away with the same contacts, events and documents.
One corporate event, once through all the apps
From the rental request to the paid invoice, it remains the same process. Request, event, shifts and invoice are attached to the same record.

Muster AG asks about the hall for a Friday evening with 120 guests. The request puts a provisional hold on the date: it is blocked for other requests and instant bookings until you decide.

If you wish, the request creates Muster AG and its contact person directly in the CRM. A follow-up reminder tells you when to get back in touch.
EventmanagerConfirm and convert into an event
You confirm the request and convert the booking into an event. The room stays booked, and a guest list, budget and checklists are added.

Service, bar and technical shifts are ready. Your event staff take or swap them in the staff portal and clock in there on the evening.
FinanzenSwiss QR-bill from the event
After the event, you create the invoice from the event in Finanzen, as a Swiss QR-bill. You reconcile the incoming payment with the bank’s camt import.
KampagnenInvitation for next year
If the contact person has agreed via double opt-in, they receive your programme for corporate events in spring — in the corporate clients segment.

Frequently asked questions
The ticket shop processes payments through Datatrans. You sign the contract yourself and store it in Scorebase. Whether TWINT, card or PostFinance appear depends on that contract.
