From reservation book to tips
one evening, one system
Scorebase brings together reservations, table plan, waiting list, menu and order tickets. Guests order via a table code and split the bill. Shifts, vouchers and newsletters run on the same data.
What it often looks like today
- A reservation book at the front desk, plus phone calls during service
- Slips of paper for the waiting list at the bar
- A spreadsheet of shifts and hours
- Tips, divided up by hand at the end of the evening
- Vouchers from a paper pad
- A separate newsletter tool with no link to your regulars
The typical shelf for restaurants
Six apps that restaurants, bars and cafés usually start with: CRM, Kampagnen, Gastro, E-Commerce, Personal and Finanzen. Gastro carries the evening; the other apps join when you need them. Every app can be booked individually — the shelf is a suggestion, not a package.
One evening, from the invitation to the tip
This is how a Friday evening runs across several apps — with no slips of paper in between.
Example: the Muster family’s birthday dinner
CRMRegular guest in the CRM
Ms Muster signed up via the newsletter form on your website. Since then, she has been a contact in the CRM.
KampagnenNewsletter for the seasonal menu
Your newsletter about the new seasonal menu goes to the regulars segment. Ms Muster receives it because she agreed via double opt-in.
GastroReservation with kitchen capacity limit
She calls and would like a table for six on Friday at 8 pm. At 8 pm the kitchen is already at capacity, so you offer 7.30 pm. You note the nut allergy in the guest profile.
GastroTable plan and order tickets
In the evening, the table plan shows which table is about to become free. The order goes as a ticket to the kitchen and bar screens — with the allergy note from the guest profile on the ticket.
GastroPaying at the table
Using the table code, the family opens their bill, splits it six ways and adds a tip. A payment provider is connected for online payment.
PersonalHours and tips
The service team’s hours are in time tracking. You distribute the tips through the tip pool in Personal.

Frequently asked questions
No. Scorebase handles orders and order tickets, but it is not a cash register: no receipt printer, no fiscal memory, no cash drawer. Your till stays as it is.
